Cancellation Policy

Please notify your Hairstylist 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your style session. A $25 Cancelation fee will be charged for all cancelations. For all No Show appointments, your card will be charged in full and is non-refundable. Re-do sessions must be scheduled within 1 week of initial style session. If the client is not able to reschedule within the policy time frame, the client will be refunded 1/2 the price that was initially paid for the service.
